1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalentHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

TalentHub is an AI-powered talent acquisition platform that provides:

  • Job matching between candidates and employers
  • AI-powered video interviews and assessments
  • Real-time video conferencing for interviews
  • Resume parsing and candidate profile management
  • Application tracking and workflow management
  • Analytics and reporting tools

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Types

  • Candidates: Job seekers looking for employment opportunities
  • Recruiters: Company representatives managing hiring processes
  • Consultancies: Staffing agencies managing candidate placement

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Scrape or collect user data without authorization
  • Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sulopa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as resumes and profiles), but grant us a license to use, store, and display such content for the purposes of providing our services.

6. AI-Powered Features

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide various features, including job matching and interview evaluation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated recommendations are suggestions and not guarantees
  • Final hiring decisions are made by human recruiters
  • AI evaluations are one factor among many in the hiring process
  • We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or successful hires for employers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SULOPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sulopa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.
